iPEGS is pleased to announce a new and strategic partnership with Enrola – a web-based CRM, learner recruitment, and application tracking solution that is an easy-to-use and cost-effective content management solution aimed at the education market. From posting courses and apprenticeship opportunities across multiple job boards to receiving and managing applications, Enrola makes every step a simple process.

In fact, Enrola was designed to enable its customers to give all of their applicants a great recruitment experience. This is whether applicants are recruited for the vacancy they apply for or if it is decided to keep them on file for other vacancies. Enrola functions as a central hub for posting vacancies across the web, receiving applications, and processing apprenticeships (setting interviews, adding your own notes, checking qualifications, and linking to your other systems). It is a true time-saver: instead of logging in to 5 different websites, creating the content and posting it, Enrola allows its users to simply enter and tick the job boards, and press “Post”.

As part of the new partnership, both teams have developed full-integration between the 2 systems. Thus, Enrola users are able to push their applicants directly into iPEGS to create user profiles, which then allows the customer to send out enrollment forms and other contracts and agreements to the learners, pre-populated with the data already collected. Furthermore, such an alliance will streamline the operational process and end-user experience of iPEGS as a solution-provider.
