No - you can create as many forms as you like with iPEGS.

You can access an iPEGS Web Form on ANY internet connected device.

Each time a form is successfully submitted to your account balance will be charged 1 form credit. The form can be any size and number of pages. If you run out of form credits forms can still be submitted but you will not be able to access them until you purchase more credits.
