Whether you are a recruitment agency, HR company or employer, we all require appropriate reference checks prior to employing new members of our workforce. Sending and retrieving paper based references back from an employer can unnecessarily slow down the process.

New MiPEGS Features – Spring 2017

The iPEGS team have been extremely busy over the past few months advancing and perfecting the new features which have been added to the MiPEGS app.

These new features which are now live are detailed below:

– Form Templates

Form Templates is a big update for MiPEGS. You now have the option to create one time forms that you publish to your users/groups or form templates which are available all of the time for your users/groups.

– Open API

The MiPEGS Open API V1.0 allows automated access to the MiPEGS platform. You can now obtain users and form data via a simple RESTful interface. For more information or for a copy of the API documentation then please contact us directly.

– Signature Wizard (Improved Signature Process)

Most MiPEGS users will never get trained on how to use the Signature field. Therefore, we have made some improvements making it a step by step process to make it easy for the user.

– Landscape Mode

Like to type with your thumbs? Prefer the screen to be wider? You can now complete forms in Landscape mode.

– Manual Sync / Refresh

No more annoying loading each time you access the App – swipe down or hit the refresh button to get updates.

– Form Preview (In Form Builder)

Want to see what your forms will look like before you publish them? You can now use the Form Preview feature on the Form Builder

– Copy Web Form URL

Copy the Web Form URL even after you have published the form.

– Sort Functions

You can now sort your forms and users by Name, Creation Date and Published Date.

– Select and Delete (Forms/Users)

You can now quickly select and delete forms and users.

– UK (London) Data Centre (Migrated from Ireland)

Your data has always been secure with Amazon AWS (PCI Compliant, ISO27001) but we have made the decision to move our data centre from Ireland to the new London data centre.

– Anonymous Web Forms

Create Web Forms that anyone can access – no user account required.

– Multi Clone Forms

Want to Clone a form multiple times? Now you can.

Digital Visitor Record
